You'll receive your custom proposal to review together. We'll make any adjustments, answer questions, and fine-tune every detail until your itinerary feels exactly right. Once approved, I'll secure your reservations and manage all of the booking details.
4 | Final Details
As your departure approaches, I'll coordinate the finishing touches that elevate your experience—from dining reservations and private transfers to spa appointments, special celebrations, and concierge requests. You'll also receive your final itinerary and travel documents before you leave.
